Simona Hulton Senior Solicitor

Simona is a senior solicitor in our business team. She specialises in business sales and acquisitions, terms of trade, commercial leasing and general business advice. 

She also has extensive experience in both property, private client and trust law having assisted clients with trust formations, trust administrations and wind ups, property purchases and sales, refinances, building contracts and purchase of new builds and general property legal assistance.

Prior to joining Simpson Western, Simona specialised in construction law at a boutique construction law firm in Auckland's CBD.

This diverse experience means Simona can advise clients on a wide range of matters and bring practical approaches and solutions to client needs.

When not at work, Simona can be found at one of North Shore’s many beaches or checking out Auckland’s up and coming cafes with her young family and friends.
