Hiring staff and contractors
Before taking on any employees or contractors, make sure you protect your business with the right employment contract in place. We can help by preparing and advising you on employment agreements and independent contractor agreements, both individual and collective.
This includes expert on your side advice on trial periods, intellectual property protection, confidentiality, conflict of interest and restraint of trade issues, as well as your obligations under the Employment Relations Act, KiwiSaver, Health & Safety at Work Act, Holidays Act, and other employment legislation. Restructuring, redundancy, dismissal & disciplinary procedures
