Lesley Thomson Senior Associate

Lesley is a highly experienced commercial property and real estate lawyer who has an extensive breadth of knowledge and skills in the residential and commercial property, subdivision, due diligence, and leasing areas as well as having significant experience in project developments from inception to completion and off the plans sales and purchases, acting for both developers and purchasers.

Lesley joined Simpson Western in October 2023 as a senior associate in our commercial property team having previously spent six years as Head of Projects at TBB and has also spent five years in the property team at Russell McVeagh. As well as bringing extensive knowledge in both residential and commercial property and developments, Lesley enjoys working closely with clients offering pragmatic advice across all transactions. 

Lesley has returned to working on the North Shore where she lives and enjoys the environment and lifestyle that the North Shore provides, in particular the beautiful beaches, cycling and local walks.
