Chantel Goodman Solicitor

Chantel specialises in asset planning and protection for clients with business and commercial interests

Chantel grew up on the North Shore and studied at Otago University. She began her career in a boutique city trust law firm before joining a full-service city law firm. There Chantel continued to specialise in private wealth matters with a particular focus on asset structuring and wealth preservation.

Chantel also has broad experience in commercial law and relationship property law. This places her in an advantageous position to consider both personal and commercial interests when structuring clients’ affairs to alleviate potential risks. In particular, Chantel enjoys assisting clients by putting in place robust asset protection measures to ensure family wealth is preserved for future generations.

Since joining the Simpson Western private client team, Chantel is very happy to be working on the sunny side of the bridge and assisting clients in her local community.

When not at work, you will find Chantel spending time with her family and friends and enjoying the local beaches (often involving a café stop for good measure).
