Mia Petrovic Senior Solicitor

Mia is a Senior Solicitor in our Family Law team who prioritises building meaningful and trusting relationships with her clients. Mia's expertise lies in Relationship Property, and at both ends of relationships - contracting out agreements for those entering (or in) a relationship, and during separations and the division of relationship assets.  

Mia grew up on the Shore and attended Rangitoto College, where she was Head Girl in 2013. After a number of years associated and clerking at one of New Zealand's biggest law firms, Mia completed her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts degrees during a student exchange at University College Dublin, and was admitted to the bar in July 2019. Since joining Simpson Western, Mia is grateful for the opportunity to work and be present in a community that she has grown up within, and continues to retain a strong connection to.

Outside of the office, Mia most enjoys spending quality time with her closest friends and family, either outdoors near the ocean, or inside huddled around a good board game.
