Stephanie’s prior experience included residential conveyancing, estates administration and relationship property, as well as dealing with overseas and high-net-worth clients. This background provides her with a well-rounded understanding of the issues that can arise within private client matters. She works closely with clients, her colleagues and other professionals to ensure that clients receive clear and comprehensive advice. She also has a special interest in charitable trusts law, having assisted several large New Zealand charities with restructures and variations of their governance documents.
“Estate planning can be a daunting task for families, and is often placed on the back burner when life is busy. I aim to make the process as clear and efficient as possible, taking time to get to know clients and their unique objectives, so that I can provide pragmatic, tailored assistance. It is always a lovely compliment when clients say that they can relax knowing their affairs are well-organised.”
Outside of work you’ll find Stephanie spending time in Auckland with her husband and their young son and sausage dog, squeezing in a reformer Pilates class, or enjoying family time near the ocean in the Coromandel.
