Bridget Wood Senior Associate

Bridget specialises in employment law, providing advice to both employer and employee clients. Bridget has a background across several areas of litigation both in New Zealand and the United Kingdom, including family, child protection and contract law

During her practice, Bridget has presented numerous seminars to other lawyers and external clients, providing updated information about changes to employment law. The people of an organisation are often it's biggest asset, and navigating the employment relationship requires both technical legal knowledge, and practical decision making.  Bridget enjoys assisting clients with her specialist knowledge, balancing pragmatism against any legal risks.

Outside of work, Bridget enjoys being part of her local community, and is a parent representative on the Board of Trustees of Coatesville School.  She enjoys spending time with her young family outside or on the water, and attending to the never ending to-do list on the family's rural lifestyle property.
