We are looking for a solicitor with 1-2 years PQE to join our Employment team

Our work focuses on providing exceptional client service with an emphasis on building strong client relationships. Simpson Western encourages junior staff to be a part of our client-facing relations and you will be involved in our high level and diverse employment matters from the outset. You will work on a range of matters - acting for small to large business clients and mid to senior level employees, many of whom have longstanding relationships with our firm. All this work is done alongside an experienced Partner, in a collaborative team environment.

The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 1-2 years PQE;
- Experience in Employment Law;
- Strong business understanding and ability to offer practical commercially-sound solutions;
- The ability to build strong relationships with a range of personal and business clients;
- Motivation and diligence in your work; and
- An ability to immerse yourself into a high-energy and social team.
