Robert ClarkRobert’s specialty is property law. He heads the firm's Property team, advising our clients in all aspects of property-related law, including sales and purchases of commercial and residential properties, drafting and negotiating commercial leases, advising on building contracts, subdivisions and refinancings. Robert has been a partner of Simpson Western for nearly 10 years. Robert's areas of expertise:• Commercial leases When not at work, Robert enjoys chamber music, classical music generally, and jazz. He enjoys playing the piano and still takes fortnightly piano lessons but, by his own admission, has probably reached his potential. Robert has catholic tastes in his favourite pianists, who include Claudio Arrau, Daniel Barenboim, Fats Waller, Erroll Garner, and Earl Hines. He also enjoys post-war British and European cars and particularly the charm of old Jags and Rovers. He aspires to own a Jensen Interceptor one day. Robert has played in and coached youth cricket teams (with some success).
