Brian Stewart

Brian’s major practice areas are commercial and civil litigation, banking & insolvency law, dispute resolution, relationship property and employment law. Before joining Simpson Western, Brian was partner in a large national law firm.

Early in his career Brian worked for a major commercial law firm in London and qualified during this time as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.
