Simona Krsteva Solicitor

A solicitor in our property team, Simona works closely with our clients on a broad range of property matters, including commercial leases, residential and commercial transactions, building contracts, and general trust and retirement village transactions.

Simona has a background in construction law, having previously worked in a boutique construction and commercial law firm on the other side of the bridge.

When not at work, Simona can be spotted on the pitch, pursuing her other passion, football, although she welcomes any type of sporting challenge. She can also be found checking out Auckland's up and coming cafes, learning Spanish through self-study, walking her dog at any of the local beaches, or tackling weekend adventures around New Zealand.
