Monique O'Donnell Solicitor

Monique is a solicitor in our Silverdale office having joined Simpson Western in 2018. She joins us from one of Auckland’s leading specialist commercial property law firms and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of residential and commercial conveyancing, due diligence investigations, property development and financing, leasing, subdivisions and general real estate law.

Monique also advises in respect of private client matters. Monique’s breadth of experience in acting for all manner of clients from first home buyers to large scale corporate clients in respect of $100+ million dollar transactions places her in good stead to tackle any property related transaction that comes her way.

Outside of the office Monique enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring New Zealand’s beaches and going for walks through her local bushes and reserves.
