James Webster Senior Solicitor

James is a solicitor in our employment law team, having moved across from a civil litigation role. James has experience providing advice across a wide range of employment, civil and commercial disputes and finds his previous litigation experience valuable in resolving disputes on behalf of both employers and employees. He has appeared for clients in the Tenancy Tribunal, District Court and High Court. 

James studied at Otago University and has completed a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Marketing). While at Otago, James volunteered with the Community Law Centre alongside fundraising for the Cancer Society Relay for Life and planting a native fern nursery for sand dune restoration.  Outside of work James enjoys playing board games, mixing cocktails and skiing.  He is an avid Formula One and football fan and a keen supporter of the central London team, Chelsea.
