Ashleigh Bennett Senior Solicitor

Ashleigh works as a senior solicitor in the employment and relationship property teams. She provides advice to our business clients on a wide range of employment and health and safety matters, including organisational restructuring, disciplinary issues, and performance management. 

Ashleigh has assisted a number of our clients with understanding their obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and is able to provide practical advice on meeting these obligations. She also assists our personal clients with relationship property matters, including contracting out agreements and relationship property settlement negotiations.

Outside of work, Ashleigh is passionate about all things food, animal and exercise related. Living locally, she enjoys the North Shore lifestyle, regularly walking Takapuna Beach with her dog, enjoying Takapuna's many cafes and restaurants, and spending time with her family.
