We are looking for a solicitor with 4+ years PQE to join our Employment, Health and Safety team.

In this role, you will work on a diverse range of employment matters, acting for small, medium and large business clients and senior level employees, many of whom have longstanding relationships with Simpson Western. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging employment law and health and safety cases, with the support of an experienced and easy-going partner and a collaborative team environment.
You will be based in Takapuna, just seconds from the beach, shops and cafes, and you will be able to enjoy the great lifestyle which this location offers!
The successful candidate will possess:
- Minimum 4+ years PQE;
- Experience in Employment Law, either a specialist or in a generalist capacity;
- Strong business acumen and ability to offer practical solutions;
- Be able to build strong relationships with a range of personal and business clients;
- Be highly motivated and diligent in their work; and
- Have a positive can-do attitude and a sense of humour
